  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened ink cartridges or toners

  • Used printers or those with physical damage

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.


5. Exchanges

Need to exchange for a different item? Please contact us at support@printerzzone.shop before sending the product back so we can assist with the process.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
